Tomorrow is Emory's birthday and I just wanted to wish her a happy birthday (as if she can read). We love you so much and are so happy to have you in our family. You are a beautiful little girl. You are so much fun (except for at 1am, 2am, 3am...you get the idea). We don't know what we would do with our you in our family. We know Heavenly Father blessed us with you in our lives and we hope that we can teach you all that we need to so you can return to live with Him again some day. We love you! Happy Birthday!

So Far...

1. I was in Mrs. Wecker's 2nd grade class.
2. I got baptized
3. I would wear my church shoes to school so I could take them off and chase the boys at recess. Nothing is scarier than a girl running with a black shiny pump in her hand! Who was I kidding...I just liked chasing the boys.

1. It was my senior year of high school.
2. I was Student Body Historian...nothing to glamorous, just fun to be in Student Body and have an easy class period.
3. I graduated as Valedictorian (one of many!!)

1. I celebrated my 3 year anniversary to the love of my life.
2. I had a 1 year old little boy. Life wasn't much easier with one...considering several ER visits and 2 phone calls to 911. There were days I was terrified what was going to come next!
3. We built our first house on 10 acres near Rigby. It was actually a log house. It was very beautiful and a ton of work, but all worth it until it was time to stain the outside again and we decided we had had enough and put it up for sell. It sold the next day! Little did I know how many moves would be in store for our family...moving out of this house was move #5.

1. We welcomed Macie into our lives. She came quickly, we didn't have nine months to prepare. I got an overwhelming feeling at an enrichment activity that we were suppossed to adopt a baby, so I told Jay to pray about it and let me know what he thought. The next morning he said to call the adoption agency. Needless to say I phoned right away and found the agency we wanted to work with that night. We got all our mounds paperwork done in about 7 weeks, then we got the anticipated phone call...we were going to have another baby! This happened so quickly, we know that Heavenly Father had a special plan in mind and we had to act fast and with lots of prayer it all worked out.
2. We moved 3 more times this year.
3. We bought and remodeled the house my dad grew up in. It was fun, but our passion is building new homes...so we sold it and moved again.

1. We had a 5 year old a 2 1/2 year old and a 1 year old. (We had been blessed again with another baby girl the year before. Thank goodness for birth mothers and our lack to conceive. We don't know what we would do without our girls)
2. I wanted baby #4, but we didn't have $30,000 lying around to adopt again...we probably never will again. To bad we don't have a money tree!
3. We moved again into our current home and we love it.

This year so far...
1. We decided to see if we could get pregnant, and were told to have fun trying but it wasn't going to happen without help.
2. Well, we had fun trying to conceive and we actually did!!!! (Without a doctors help.) Jay has been warned by a friend to get a paternity test done!
3. I have two kids in school...crazy to think that I am old enough.

Yesterday...
1. Went to the neighborhood dinner at the church.
2. Worked on getting things posted on my website: www.thoughtsinvinyl.com (may as well advertise for it right!)
3. Both the girls took at nap. Macie never naps and Emy only does maybe once a week, and they both fell asleep at the same time!

Today...
1. Cleaned the house.
2. We got a new cell phones.
3. Got a call from my sister that she had her baby. Congrats!

Tomorrow...
1. Go to church.
2. Probably visit our parents.
3. Maybe go on a drive.

Next Year...
1. Put in a yard.
2. Probably won't be moving...contrary to popular belief.
3. Maybe we will try to have fun conceiving again.

No Need to Cry About it!

Bridger came home from school today with some candy. He had good intentions of sharing, but after being attacked by Macie jumping on him screaming and digging her knee into his throat trying to get the candy she wanted he wasn't so sure if he wanted to share any more. Once I got the "attacker" settled down and explained that Bridger was going to share she did okay, but still cried when we tore an Air Head in half for each of them to have some. She so completely doesn't understand sharing, or atleast she isn't very happy to do it.
Then they came in the office to show me the Pop Rock candy they had fizzing in their mouths when Emy decided to hit the bowl of this candy out of Macie's hand. Again the tears started to flow. I asked Macie if she wanted to get the vaccuum sweeper out and she could clean it her self...they normally jump at the idea...But she said, "No, I want to eat it". Then laid down on the floor to lick it up. The other kids had to get in on that...and amazingly this time sharing was fun. Go figure!

Labor Day Weekend

We headed up to Hiese with Jay's family for the weekend for our last camping trip of the year. We planned to stay till Sunday, but it looked like it was going to rain Saturday night, so we packed up around 8 and headed home. It was fun to just sit and visit and let the kids run around outside. We went swimming Saturday before dinner to cool down. The kids had lots of fun and want to go back to the pool again.

Before lunch some of the cousins decided to go on a little hike up the Mountain we were camped by. Bridger is in the red shirt...if you can even spot any kids in the picture.

Jay borrowed Brady's (his nephew) motor bike and went on a little joy ride around the camp. He looked so big on the little bike I couldn't resist but to take some pictures.

The girls loved riding in Uncle Kim's rhino, and any time someone would go on a drive they wanted to climb in back and go with them.

Bridger's Gangly Tooth

I have written about this, but words can't explain what a photo can show! My sister wanted to see what Bridger's loose teeth looked like since I had complained about them so much. I told her how they move away from all his other teeth, and hang about a quarter of an inch lower then the rest. I don't think she believed me how bad it looked till I emailed her this picture. She said she laughed so hard, so I thought that I would preserve the memory and write about it! And once again he is content with leaving it alone till it falls out on it's own. Jay and I had him in tears last night trying to convince him to let us pull it out or for him to pull it out on his own.

Hair Doo's

Well after being inspired by Jay's sister's blog about hair doo's I thought I would give it my best attempt.
We did Macie's hair for school...shown in a previous post. But I haven't posted any pictures of Emy's hair.
Both the girls did really well once we got all the tangles combed out. They have both learned to sit for a long time till I am done fixing their hair.
Bridger decided that since the girls were getting new hair doos that he needed one too. So he had to put gel in it an make it all spiky.
