The things you learn while at school

Today Bridger came home and informed me he almost had a nervous breakdown at school today.  Laughing I asked what happened.  He informed me that he almost peeded his pants because he had to go to the bathroom so bad.
Well if that is the case, then I have a nervous breakdown almost everyday...some time even mulitple breakdowns in one day (I would love to blame pregnancy, but it sadly is just me).

Another game they have learned at school which was one of those games that was funny once, silly the second time and just flat out annoying beyond that.

This is how it went the first time (and the hundreth time...seriously):
Bridger: "Hey Dad"
Jay: "What?"
Bridger: "You said it!"

Now needless to say, anytime the kids call out our name we say yes, or yea, or something other than the word what.  If we ever slip and say what they all laugh histerically, and I am sure tell all there friends how their parents fell for it again!
Emy is the cutest at the game though, regaurdless of what we say, she laughs and responds with "you said it!".

Jay Enlarged

So tonight as we were cleaning up dinner we decided to play the quiet game. Jay was unloading the dishwasher and inserted some glasses under his shirt, and then turned around to
the kids and said "Quiet game staaaaarrrrtttting (as he was turning around) NOW!!" Needless to say he won. Bridger got a side ache from laughing so hard and I couldn't breathe. It was pretty funny! Then all the kids had to give it a try.

Macie is trying to steal Bridgers cups and he is pushing her away.

Emy couldn't quite figure out how to have them stay in place.

And Macie, well she didn't have any thing on but her underware {are you surprised!}. I promise I do get my kids dressed every day and most days I get them redressed several times throughout the day.  So she just had to make do with out a shirt.
If you haven't  read "200 Mississippi", then you should read it.  Jay is such a kid...and sometimes he is maybe a little more of a teenager.  He keeps us laughing!  He is so funny, to bad some times he has to act all grown up and be serious.  {but I am thankful for the serious times too!}

Creative Minds

Jay and I got home from our nephew's baptism today and while we were in our closet changing our clothes, Emy walked in mumbling something while showing us her newest Lego creation. I wasn't really paying attention and then Jay said, "did you hear what she said, she said temple". She was showing us the temple that she had built out of Legos. I thought it was so cute. It is crazy how fast they learn.
Then the other kids had to follow suit and build something for us to take a picture of.

Emy's temple:

Macie's pie:

Brigder's maze:

And Paisley taking a nap:

And this is our latest attempt at a family picture:

Unfortunately Paisley is crying. This doesn't give you a good perspective on her temperament, because she really is a great baby. She only cries if she is hungry and well, she was hungry. We thought we had a some more time till we needed to feed her but unfortunately we didn't. We just hurried and did some pictures any way. The ones that she wasn't crying in some one else looked goofy, so since she is too young to voice her opinion we opted for this one being our favorite. We will have to try again...maybe on her blessing day.

Kids in Motion

Yesterday after church we were watching iCarly with the kids and Emory was standing on the arm of the couch falling backwards on to the cushions. It kept her entertained for quite a while. Jay got out the camera to take a picture of her all the kids had to get involved because they love to have their picture taken.

Bridger had to have a new pose for every picture, followed by "let me see"

Emy--the one who started it all

Macie--does this girl ever keep her clothes on?
