Yesteray morning after Macie got out of the tub she decided that she didn't want to wear a diaper, instead she insisted on wearing underware. I decided that we would give potty training another try. She went for about 4 hours with me asking her every 15 minutes if she had to go potty. She generally said no, but occassionally would attempt to go with no success. Finally she came to me and quietly said that she had to go to the bathroom, I wasn't sure what she said and she kept repeating it, but it was so quiet I didn't catch on untill she was standing in a puddle. We cleaned her up and put on some new underware and then she came to me about 8 times that day to go potty. She didn't have any more accidents and even pooped on the toilet!!
She was so cute and had to call Jay every time she went potty and convinced him to buy her a sucker on his way home. She even called Grandma Judy and Aunt Robin to let them know her big news. She was so proud of her self. But later that night we went over to our neighbors and she was riding bikes and apparently forgot to let us know she needed to go potty. She just kept riding her bike and we noticed her clothes had gotten a shade darker from being wet. She was having to much fun and I don't even think she noticed she was wet...or atleast she didn't want to stop riding a bike to do something about it.
But she woke up this morning and is doing great again. We are so proud of her. We let her pick something fun to do when she has been potty trained for a week and she wants to go to Bear World. I am not sure if it is to see the bears or to ride on the rides, but either way we are more than happy to take her there.

Yaaaaay for Macie! What a big girl! That's awesome.
Good job Macie!! Hattie is happy when her friend are potty trained too. It will be nice only buying diapers for one--for a couple months anyway!!
Hey Jay! How are things? It's really good to hear from you and oh my your kids are gorgeous! You seem really happy and it's great to see that.
I am in the Interior Design and Architecture program here at the Uof I. It's a double major seamless masters program-pretty intense. I have two years left and I am very excited to graduate, and my kids are more than ready for me to be done with school.
We'll have to keep in touch now that I know where you are, and again congrats on the family, you've got a pretty good thing there. ;-)
